Counselor's Corner
Mrs. Wilson is a graduate of Ashville High School.  She received her Bachelor's Degree in Science from Trebecca Nazarene College in Nashville, TN.  Her Master's Degree is in Guidance and Counseling from the University of West Georgia.  She has served as a counselor at Springville Elementary School and at Ashville Middle School. She is thrilled to be at Ashville Elementary School and is looking forward to many wonderful years.
What is a School Counselor?
A School Counselor is a type of helper in your school.  She helps students with things like problem solving, understanding feelings, and making friends!
What Does A School Counselor Do?
Your School Counselor is here for EVERYONE!  She is here for every student, every teacher, and every parent who is part of the Ashville Elementary School Community.  Her duties are threefold:




Counseling
Coordinating
Consulting
Counselor Notes
*  Before entering a new school, make sure you have        withdrawn your child from the previous school

*  The following is a list of documents needed to
complete enrollment:

Birth Certificate
Proof of Custody (when warranted)
Copy of parent/guarding driver's license
Immunization Form
Social Security Card
Proof of Residency - must provide two types
